The mastering of several technologies as engineering, sheet metal production and assembly is a casualness for Contour to co-operate as a full partner in business with her clients. Therefore there is a constant investment in bringing knowledge, skill, systems as well as production and assembly facilities to a higher level.

Engineering
By engineering products based on functional specifications, often together with engineers of our customers, an optimalisation route is attended already from the start of the project. The result is a product which is produced and assembled as efficient as possible and because of that results in a direct benefit for our customer. When Contour also controls and maintains the Technical Product Documentation, alterations and re-design can be processed quick and efficient, in the course of which Contour, because of her own sheet metal production, is also directly able to considerate the makability.

Sheet metal production
The sheet metal production is a specialism in which Contour already excels for years. Also because of the continuous investments in production means and production automation Contour sees to it that always the most modern equipment is to their disposal. Because of that the sheet metal products can be produced efficient, cost effective and in a constant good quality. The combination of an own modern powder coating installation in house makes that the passage time is completely mastered. Because of a system for quality assurance and possibilities for quality reporting, whichis integrated in the processes, Contour has set a high standard as a result of which customers are assured of good products.

Assembling
Assembling of modules and machines also has a long history at Contour. Because of the experiences which have been built up with that and the gathered knowledge and skill, the assembling is done as optimal as possible in a recently renovated and new furnished assembly environment. Next to assembly of course all accompanying test can be executed with if required the accompanying test reports. After this assembly everything is being prepared for transport, eventually in specially developped packaging.
