How We Create a Quote

When preparing a quote, we consider various factors that affect price, quality, and delivery time. We would be happy to discuss the following topics with you:

If your technical product design is not yet finalized, our engineers are ready to help you.
We provide feedback on the manufacturability of your product design and any possible improvements.
We calculate the product cost based on required materials and processes.
If fully automated production is possible through an investment in custom tooling or a design change, we will let you know. This is beneficial for price, capacity, and lead time.
We ask about your desired batch size and expectations for repeat orders.
We map out quality requirements and, if desired, discuss any needed measurement reports or additional quality documentation.
We propose how your products will be packaged and shipped.
We determine the delivery time for the first product and agree on a lead time for repeat orders.
