Welding
Welded assemblies consisting of sheet metal components.
After applying powder coating to the product, the coating is cured in a large curing oven. In this oven, the products are heated to around 180 °C. This process uses a relatively large amount of energy. In 2024, our curing oven was completely replaced by a hybrid curing oven.
With this hybrid curing oven, we have been able to make our production process more sustainable. The hybrid oven can be heated not only with gas, but also with electricity. We generate a large portion of this electricity ourselves with our solar panels. We then make smart use of the waste heat from the curing oven. With the help of a heat exchanger, we use this waste heat in the drying oven.
Because we carry out powder coating at our own location, there is also no CO2 emission from transport to an external paint shop.
In this way, we reduce not only our own CO2 footprint but also the footprint of our customers’ products.
We use the right packaging so that products and semi-finished products do not get damaged during internal and external transport.
Where possible, we pack the products on the conveyor line of the paint shop, directly into the final packaging for your customer.
