High-volume sheet metal production
We produce high-volume runs of sheet metal unattended. Our punch lasers and three bending robots are loaded automatically from a central warehouse.
Fire hose reel flange production on an edge curling machine
Fire hose reel flanges keep the hose on the reel. On a fully automatic edge curling machine, we produce them, among other things, in high-volume production. The edge is curled (rounded), so it is not sharp.
The sheet metal base material is cut fully automatically by the laser or punch laser, after which a robot applies the curled edge and offset to the product. Because of the high degree of automation, this process runs almost without intervention by human operators. The production capacity of this system is therefore high, so delivery reliability is assured.
The edge curling machine is placed directly next to our own powder coating installation. The products with a curled edge can be hung directly on the conveyor of the paint line.
