Air ducts and manifolds
For the high-tech industry, we make air ducts and manifolds for airflow and flue gas systems.
After tack welding, these air ducts can be pickled and passivated. The result is an air duct without surface contamination (caused by the welding process).
The air ducts are fitted with all kinds of fasteners, self-clinching nuts, spot weld nuts and insulation material.
Assembled stainless steel air ducts
For various cleanroom applications, we produce and clean air ducts made from sheet metal. If required, we carry out a particle test in our cleanroom for validation.
Welded stainless steel air ducts
We also produce welded stainless steel tubes, fitted with sheet metal brackets, nipples and other milled and turned parts.
