High-volume sheet metal production
By combining automation and robotization with craftsmanship, we can produce high-volume runs of sheet metal in a cost-efficient and reliable way.
Our lasers and punch lasers are loaded from a fully automatic central warehouse. After cutting, the products are automatically destacked and returned to the warehouse, ready for the next operation.
We are the only company in the Netherlands with three large-format bending robots and a bending cobot. These bending robots are also connected to the warehouse, so they are supplied automatically with material to be bent.
Where possible, we weld with a welding robot and grind with a grinding cobot. Our pickling and passivation line also moves the products between the various baths with a fully automatic crane. In the paint line we use a powder robot.
By making optimal use of all these forms of automation, we can supply our customers with high-volume runs of sheet metal in a cost-efficient and reliable way.
Cost-efficient series
Because our machines produce fully automatically, we can produce unattended during nights and weekends. This is especially advantageous for large or recurring runs. We keep optimizing the CNC programs for these high-volume runs so that they run stably and efficiently. Where necessary, we order custom-made punching or bending tools for optimal efficiency.
Because this gets the most out of our investments in machines, we can also keep costs low.
Where the state of the art allows, we produce with robots and fully automatic production lines. Where robotization still falls short, the added value of our people’s craftsmanship comes out best.
