At Contour we continuously improve our methods and way of working. The goal is to align all process steps perfectly. The pages below describe some aspects of our way of working we think are especially worth mentioning.
NPI TO REPEAT PRODUCTION
To achieve a consistent high quality level across our product scope, all part structures are defined in our ERP database. With complete work instructions, bill of materials and bill of operations.
LOGISTICS & PRODUCTION CONTROL
Our planning system is completely digital. Each department uses a shop floor control system to keep track of the ~85.000 bill of operation work steps we complete each year.
CLEAN & SCRATCH FREE
Our customers request a consistent high level of finishing. The products therefore cannot be visually damaged during work steps and in transport. Therefore we pay a lot of attention to the way we package the products we manufacture.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our quality management systems is ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485 certified. Our processes and way of working have been designed to facilitate continuous improvement.
SHEET METAL ENGINEERING
We have specific knowledge about sheet metal production, which we can utilize to offer cost effective solutions for components, housing and frames.
