Over the past period, 13 Contour employees took part in the 5S +1 training. Together with trainer Chris from Mikrocentrum: Opleiden, Ontmoeten & Ondernemen (Educate, Meet & Do Business), they worked through four training sessions on the 5S step-by-step plan: sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain.
All participants have now received their certificate, and what they learned is being applied in the various production departments. The first steps have been taken, and many more will follow. The ultimate goal is to work more efficiently through greater awareness of your work environment!
