A look at the start of our process, where thin sheets are stored in our advanced STOPA system and are “raring to go”, waiting to be processed by our pride and joy: the Trumpf punch laser machine.
The cut sheets are then bent by one of our 2 robotic press brakes. These robots are happy to work at night or over the weekend, so our colleagues find a pile of work waiting for them on Monday morning, rested and ready.
Robots do not always win out over our well-qualified staff, though. That is why we also have 6 conventional press brakes, where the bending is done by hand.
Together, we get the job done!
