In January 2023, the second TruMatic 7000 was put into operation among our machinery. The machine was delivered by Trumpf Nederland. Both punch laser machines and our flatbed laser are linked to the fully automatic STOPA sheet storage system.
This “Combi”, as colleagues call the machine, is what we consider the Rolls-Royce of sheet metal fabrication machines. The machine can both punch and laser cut sheet metal parts. It can also fully automatically form all kinds of shapes in the metal, thread form and roller deburr. Small bends can be made in the sheet metal as well. As the icing on the cake, the products are palletized automatically and returned to the automatic storage system.
Thanks to our experienced operators and CNC programmers, both Combis can produce reliably, with minimal staffing, around the clock.
Because we now have two of these automated machines, capacity has increased considerably and we can respond significantly faster and more flexibly to our customers’ wishes. Larger orders too.
