Precision assembly technician

In this role you combine a steady hand and an eye for detail in light assembly work. You do not need experience; what matters more is that you work carefully and precisely.

The role

Do you always work cleanly, neatly and carefully? As a precision assembly technician you work meticulously. You assemble machine parts for customers in the medical and semiconductor industries. These parts will be used in machines in hospitals, laboratories and chip manufacturers.

So you can imagine that it is important to deliver quality and to work cleanly and carefully. Perfectionism comes in handy in this role. Precision work is what we strive for!

The products you assemble are mainly light assemblies made up of thin sheet metal components. These components are produced in the various production departments of our company.

The assembly department is a clean department. The products you work with are clean too. For the semiconductor industry we also assemble the parts in a cleanroom. This is a special room that you can only enter wearing a special suit. Among other things, the room contains air filters to keep all dust particles out of the cleanroom.

Who are we looking for?

• You are handy with (fine) assembly work
• You have MBO work and thinking level
• You have a flexible attitude and can work well independently
• You have spatial insight and want to learn to read technical drawings, or can already do so.

The department up close

You will work in the assembly department together with an enthusiastic group of colleagues. Various assembly work is done in this department. Among other things, we glue, screw, seal, connect wiring and much more. There is also a large cleanroom where the products are cleaned, assembled and packaged. Besides assembly, you may occasionally need to help out colleagues in logistics or in other departments.
