As a project engineer, you are the hub between the customer, engineering and production. Will you grow with us?
Your challenge: from idea to perfect product
At Contour, you are the driving force behind realizing new, customer-specific products. You dive into engineering, work preparation and cost estimating. No day is the same! You translate the customer’s request into a product that can be made in our high-tech production environment.
You create (or check and optimize) technical drawings in SolidWorks.
You determine the smartest sequence of operations and record it in our ERP system (ISAH).
You work closely together, with short lines of communication, with colleagues from production, work preparation, purchasing, account management and with the customer themselves.
As a project manager, you own your projects. You make sure that everyone, internal and external, stays on board and that the project runs smoothly. You are the technical sparring partner who keeps the overview, brings in the right people and makes sure every product is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality requirements. Does something not go as planned? Then you know the way to the best solution.
Count on a dynamic mix of engineering, project management, work preparation and production insight. Do you get energy from taking initiative in a high-tech environment? Then we are looking for you!

Who are we looking for?
Are you the dedicated and independent employee we are looking for? And do you meet the following job requirements?
You have an HBO degree in mechanical engineering, or another relevant education.
You give direction to your own work and are able to respond to tasks ad hoc.
You have a proactive and customer-focused attitude and like to think in solutions and possibilities.
Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems and/or production logistics is welcome.
Working at Contour: innovation & team spirit in Winterswijk
Contour supplies specialist sheet metal parts, mainly for the high-tech industry. Think of parts for chip machines, medical equipment and logistics systems.
